With over 30 years of food processing consultant and management experience, Bill was a consultant with the Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership (OMEP) for eight years and continues as a preferred service provider for both Impact Washington and OMEP. He has special expertise in the following industries: food and beverage processing, plant nursery, primary lumber mill, health care, and general manufacturing.

Bill brings a full range of business consulting services, SQF, Lean Enterprise, corporate strategic planning, site selection, leadership coaching, project management, corporate training programs and team facilitation to clients. Bill also assists with Food Safety Planning, GMP’s, FSMA Compliance, Hazard Analysis, implementation, as well as offering processing assistance, nutritional recommendations, and product and process guidance.
