Since 1990, La Panzanella® has made delicious Italian baked goods in the centuries-old artisan tradition. Their simple goodness calls to mind the irresistible aroma of a panificio (bread bakery), and celebrates the Italian philosophy that a meal is the heart of family and community. Inspired by classic regional recipes and an abundance of fresh local ingredients, we developed the delightfully crisp, herb-infused Croccantini® (‘Crunchy Little Bite’) cracker.
