NASTEA & Co. started as a class project by four University of Washington students. We use white coffee in our products because its nutty characteristic compliments the soy milk without bitterness. White coffee beans are known to have up to three times the caffeine as normal roasts. Our team brews each product in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
