This one-day hands-on learning session will introduce you to collaborative robots and machine vision tools and how they can bring more flexibility and efficiency to your operations and custom projects.
You will learn about:
- Capabilities of collaborative robots and most common applications
- Safety requirements for robotic applications and tools to consider
- Integration of cobots with other automation solutions
You will see: Collaborative robots in action and discover visual teaching and user programming of collaborative robots
You will test out: Machine vision tools and Inline and offline barcode verification

11:30 am – 12:00 pm- Robot Handling. Safety requirements and tools.
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm- Lunch and installation of AutoVISION software.
1:00 pm-3:00 pm – Introduction to machine vision tools.
Hands-on exercises setting up and utilizing machine vision inspection tools to solve a range of tasks from basic barcode reading and text recognition to complex measurements, defect detection and guidance.
3:00 pm-3:15 pm – Coffee break
3:15 pm – 4:15 pm- Barcode Verification. Inline and offline verification.
4:15 pm – 4:30 pm – Q & A session
4:30 pm – 5:00 pm- Expert one-on-one consultations and specific testing.
