Designed for leadership teams to come together, this course helps leaders bridge the gap between strategic intent and day-to-day operational execution. Participants learn how to turn organizational priorities into actionable, cross-functional plans that connect leadership direction with real-world capacity, resources, and customer demand. Through practical frameworks and relatable examples, the session demonstrates how Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)—or SIOP—creates visibility, discipline, and alignment across the enterprise so that strategy becomes a coordinated, repeatable process rather than an annual event. - Classroom Training- (3) 8-hour classes-January 12th, 20th, and 29th 2026
- 1:1 Coaching with your team-(3) 8-hour sessions between classes
- Approximately 8-hours of work outside of class and 1:1 sessions is expected
