Barometric Pressure Sensors & Telephone Modems - NEW

  • The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Alaska Region (AR) deploys a network of surface weather stations in remote locations throughout the state transmitting data via the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) hourly aiding in the collaboration and forecasting process. Specific profile of aluminum extrusion - NEW

  • There is product family we manufacture that requires a specific profile of aluminum extrusion. This extrusion used to be manufactured by Kaiser Aluminum Alexco, but Kaiser has since discontinued it. We have struggled greatly to find this extrusion at a reasonable price. The profile for the extrusion is BAC1510-407. Kaiser Aluminum Alexco''s part number for this product was just 1510-407.

Heavy-Duty Metal Frame Fabrication 

  • The frames require precise fabrication, including laser cutting, welding with a Bluco Weld System, and CNC machining. Specifications include overall dimensions of 30.748" x 112.343" x 252.953", with high-definition plasma/laser requirements and specific bending capabilities. Epoxy Bottle-Cap Adaptor

  • This epoxy adaptor is a mold that fits the grooves of a bottle cap during automated final assembly of pharmaceutical end product packaging. The adaptor is made to fit a socket which attaches to a torque wrench and the cap/ lids are then torqued to a required specification per container. The adaptor that fits over the cap is removed after sealing-twisting-torquing said cap as the bottle containers move down the line, and with each bottle-cap, the mold is reapplied and torqued, then onto the next one and so forth. 16oz Glass Water/Juice Bottles

 WAVY Partition 

  • WAVY Partition: A flexible and lightweight wooden panel combining plywood and foam into a structured, wavy surface. Ideal as a private screen with acoustic applications in homes, offices, restaurants, and hotels.

Shoe Insert 

  • 3-in-1 polyurethane open or closed cell shoe insert crafted to tackle various challenges frequently encountered by wearers of athletic footwear. Its primary functions include diminishing creases that develop in shoes, neutralizing unpleasant odors, and absorbing moisture resulting from sweat and environmental conditions. The product is geared towards elevating the comfort, longevity, and overall freshness of athletic shoes for users. It is intended to be placed in both shoes after wear and left in until the next use, ensuring continuous effectiveness. Polyuerthane foam will act as a holder for the odor absorbing pellets/pouch and moisture absorbing dessicant pack. Open cell prefered but closed cell acceptable.
  • Create a one up mold for the foam components. Cut and over molded and insert the nylon strap into the rear of the foam piece (strap is used to pull the foam insert out of the shoe). The product includes an over molded strap. I am open to design changes that could simplify the manufacturing process (though the general concept will stay the same). I am thinking about the over molded strap for example.

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer

Coils for fan coils 

  • We are looking for water to air heat exchangers, made of copper tubes and aluminium fins. They are intended to be used in fan coils for residential and commercial appliances.

  • An exemplary size would be 820x250x130 mm (32x10x5 in), among many other similar dimensions. Standard fin thickness is 0.1 - 0.15mm. Standard pipe diameter is 8-14 mm. It is possible to used US standard dimensions and components instead of the European standards in the drawing.
  • The heat exchangers should work at 145 psi (10 bar) operating pressure / 189 psi (13 bar) test pressure.
