Heavy-Duty Metal Frame Fabrication - NEW

  • The frames require precise fabrication, including laser cutting, welding with a Bluco Weld System, and CNC machining. Specifications include overall dimensions of 30.748" x 112.343" x 252.953", with high-definition plasma/laser requirements and specific bending capabilities. Energy Recovery Mechanical System 

  • For the construction of the new Energy and Minerals Research Facility (EMRF) for the U. S. Geological Survey (USGS) at the Colorado School of Mines (Mines), 1000 18th Street, Golden, Colorado 80401, provide a packaged ultra high performance energy recovery mechanical system (ERS) delivered to the EMRF construction site. This project is federally funded by the President Joe Biden's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Therefore, the material used for construction is required to be compliant with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA). This NIST MEP Supplier Report seeks a BABAA compliant ERS that meets or exceeds the basis of design. The basis of design is a Konvekta Energy Recovery Mechanical System (ERS) described herein (including additional information). The basis of design ERS system meets or exceeds the design requirements including the strict technical requirements, maximum size requirements, maximum delivery schedule, and the maximum cost parameters enclosed. Deburring File

  • Looking for a manufacturer who could modify deburring file per spec. Client wants the supplier to purchase the files, modify the files as indicated below, and forward to the client. Client needs to purchase the files only, no bolts.
  • To trim 14 in file down to 3 in, add countersink holes and chamfering to file per spec. Customer is very specific in needing the holes being able to use the #10 X 1" screw and that the countersink be acceptable so that the screw head sits below the teeth of the file. Customer also needs to be able to flip the file over to use both sides for deburring. Drawing attached.

  • We are a new start-up and are interested in a manufacturer with a low minimum order quantity. It is important that all sourced ingredients fit our specifications as we want this product to be as natural as possible. • In addition to the ingredients listed above, we are interested in exploring adding lecithin to the formula to increase smoothness of texture. • We would be curious to know if there is a way to condense the formula so that the serving scoop can be smaller. • The formula above is not set in stone, we are always working on revising and improving it, but I hope it gives a general sense of the product.

Epoxy Bottle-Cap Adaptor

  • This epoxy adaptor is a mold that fits the grooves of a bottle cap during automated final assembly of pharmaceutical end product packaging. The adaptor is made to fit a socket which attaches to a torque wrench and the cap/ lids are then torqued to a required specification per container. The adaptor that fits over the cap is removed after sealing-twisting-torquing said cap as the bottle containers move down the line, and with each bottle-cap, the mold is reapplied and torqued, then onto the next one and so forth. Please see pictures included for a visual representation of this description and size.

Coils for fan coils 

  • We are looking for water to air heat exchangers, made of copper tubes and aluminium fins. They are intended to be used in fan coils for residential and commercial appliances.

  • An exemplary size would be 820x250x130 mm (32x10x5 in), among many other similar dimensions. Standard fin thickness is 0.1 - 0.15mm. Standard pipe diameter is 8-14 mm. It is possible to used US standard dimensions and components instead of the European standards in the drawing.
