Steve Capuano

Steve is known in the manufacturing community for his experience in facilitating, consulting, coaching, and training companies to success. He has an award-winning record of operational excellence.

Through 20 years of military service, Steve has vast leadership experience spanning from service as an enlisted soldier, to Company Commander and Staff Officer.

His experience in the manufacturing and operations world also spans from machine operator, supervisor, Manufacturing Coach, Production Manager, Plant Operations Superintendent, and Lean Enterprise Manager. Steve has successfully and profitably implemented Lean principles and practices at Cargill Inc., Taylor Made Products, Sealy Mattress, and Cadet Manufacturing. This unique and broad leadership and group dynamic experience allows Steve to be perfectly suited to teach, coach, and facilitate from the top floor to the shop floor.
