Party balloon Foil (Mylar) 

  • Laminated foil laminate for use in EverFoam's party balloons. The foil must provide structural integrity while remaining flexible enough for reused.
  • Material Preparation: Rolls of laminated foil (20-micron PET // Ink // 30-micron LDPE) are inspected and aligned. Printing (If Needed): Graphics are printed on the PET layer, with surface treatment applied if required. Cutting: Automated die-cutting machines precisely cut balloon-shaped pieces from the foil. Heat Sealing: Matching foil pieces are aligned and sealed along the edges using high-temperature heat sealers, creating an airtight barrier. Trimming & Inspection: Excess material is trimmed, and each balloon is inspected for quality and durability. Packaging: Completed balloons are packed for distribution.
  • Dimensions: Standard industry roll sizes (a roll that is 34" wide) Performance: Must withstand multiple inflation and deflation cycles without wrinkling. Additionally, the foil laminates must be suitable for printing directly on the balloon for decorative purposes. To reduce complexity, we have flexibility in the PET and LDPE range of thickness.

Tubing Leg Assembly

  • The leg assembly consists of square tubing, brace rod, plastic plugs, powder and or e-coating. This process would include metal fabrications, tube bending, welding, painting, assembly.

Food Grade Product Packaging 

  • 5" x 8" vinyl package heat sealed top and bottom. See pics. Client is looking vendor to provide packages and fill orders. 14 ounce package size. 60,000 units per year. Could increase. White exterior with silver lining inside. Product will be sent to vendor for packaging. Packaging to be filled with anhydrous crystalline citric acid supplied by my client in 5-gallon buckets. Supplier will need to fill and seal pouches, place them in 5-gallon buckets with cover, stack pallets with 36 buckets each, and ship to Broussard, Louisiana 70518. Additional specifics discussed in negotiation.

Stainless steel Punched Cylinder 

  • The cylinder is used as a container for frozen beverage dispensers.
  • Cylinder is set in 4 categories: 1 gallon, 2 gallon, 3 gallon, 4 gallon. All cylinders have a .65 in lip, in addition to stated dimensions. The material is approximately .075in thick at all locations. The internal measurments of the cylinder are: 1 Gallon: 6 in diameter, 7.1 in deep 2 Gallon: 6 in diameter, 15 in deep 3 Gallon: 9 in diameter, 10.75 in deep 4 Gallon: 7 in diameter, 24 in deep The inside will need to be polished down due to imperfections in the punching process. Tolerences are debatable however we can work around a .1inch tolerances in all major measurements

  • We would like the description of the tolerances. Images include a rejected cut that is done in house of a 1 gallon barrel, They include a double D cut and a normal circular cut on a 1 gallon barrel, and two normal circular cuts on all other. If these are able to be cut prior, we would be interested in pricing of this as an added option.
