Liquid Adhesive - NEW 

  • We will use the adhesive in our coating manufacturing line. We will coat Composite Disks with a mixture of the Liquid Adhesive with a special powdered material that we have developed. The coating should be 0.1 - 0.5mm thick, and uniformity of coating and part to part uniformity is more important than final coating thickness. The adhesive that we are currently a two-part epoxy. A more optimal adhesive would be: 1) one-part, 2) optically transparent, 3) tough-not-brittle bond, 4) bond to ABS plastic, 5) UV-cured, and 6) able to survive 70 Celsius temperatures for indefinite time periods

Cut and Sew Services - NEW

  • Cut and sew for services for pillows Looking for someone to process 50-yard rolls of upholstery weight goods into throw pillows for resale. We will supply the rolls of fabric. Would prefer to get the thread and zipper from the potential supplier/manufacturer.
  • 20x20, 22x22, 24x24 with zippers. These are in inches, and are standard pillow sizes. We’re hoping to find someone who already does this and can give us direction if we also need to provide zippers, etc.

 Coils for fan coils 

  • We are looking for water to air heat exchangers, made of copper tubes and aluminium fins. They are intended to be used in fan coils for residential and commercial appliances.
  • BABA compliant
  • An exemplary size would be 820x250x130 mm (32x10x5 in), among many other similar dimensions. Standard fin thickness is 0.1 - 0.15mm. Standard pipe diameter is 8-14 mm. It is possible to used US standard dimensions and components instead of the European standards in the drawing.
  • The heat exchangers should work at 145 psi (10 bar) operating pressure / 189 psi (13 bar) test pressure.

Mushroom Extracts 

  • Nutraraceutical product for oral consumption
  • Mushroom fruiting body cultivated in controlled environment, harvested, cleaned, dehydrated / freeze dried, milled into a fine powder, exraction for active compounds (typically hot water extraction but does not capture certain actives which is why cordycepin requires dual) and likely maintained in liquid form
