BUILD AND MAINTAIN A SAFETY CULTURE

Job safety provides a framework for companies to engage employees in identifying potential hazards and eliminating them in accordance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

INVOLVE AND EMPOWER SUPERVISORS AND ALL EMPLOYEES

Our program teaches supervisors how to analyze the chain of events leading to accidents and hazardous situations by identifying - and resolving - their root causes. The relationship of the supervisor and employees plays a pivotal role in establishing a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

By creating a culture of compliance that is worker-invested - not imposed or forced - we can help you build and maintain safety in the workplace.

"Impact Washington can help your organization address two critical safety needs: Compliance and Building a Safety Culture: These two needs are directly related and completely intertwined."
DEVELOPING A COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY PROGRAM

Our proven methods are effective whether your company is looking for a comprehensive, independent safety audit to identify areas of opportunity - or has an established framework in place and needs to create awareness of, and achieve compliance with, safety regulations.

In order to succeed, businesses today must comply with the safety laws and regulations that apply to their operations. Fostering a culture where employees understand the value of maintaining workplace safety measures will sustain that safe work environment.

SAFETY AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE

This hands-on program focuses on assisting your organization with safety compliance. It includes:

  • Initial comprehensive worksite audit that includes three days of onsite work
  • Monthly worksite observations to ensure work is done according to Washington State regulations and company safety goals and requirements
  • A detailed written report with photographs of the initial audit and recommendations of findings

Upon implementation, your business will be able to maintain a safer workplace and be better equipped to spot any potential safety-related issues affecting compliance with WISHA.

BUILD A SAFETY CULTURE AND CREATE A SAFE WORKPLACE

Based on the Training Within Industry (TWI) instructional model, job safety focuses on environmental health and safety.

This job safety training provides a framework for supervisors to engage employees in identifying potential hazards and eliminating them in conjunction with their training and knowledge in OSHA and EPA regulations.
