Roy Mann

Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, Kitsap, and Mason Counties

Roy Mann brings a wealth of experience to his role as an account executive at Impact Washington. He’s also an entrepreneur and commercial real estate executive who has navigated multi-million deals and thrives in leadership roles.

He worked with Dunn Lumber for a decade and provided the vision and leadership for the expansion of the Dunn Lumber headquarters in Seattle. The 196,000-square-foot mass timber commercial development known as Northlake Commons is a multi-use building.

Not shy when it comes to complicated projects, Mann directed a Transit-Oriented Communities Study and portfolio sustainability strategy regarding 200 acres in Silicon Valley for the transportation agency responsible for expanding Bay Area Rapid Transit to the San Francisco Bay area.

Closer to his home on the North Olympic Peninsula, Mann advises the Natural Resources Innovation Center and Composite Recycling Technology Center, which produces cross-laminated timber accessory dwelling units in Washington in partnership with the Makah Tribe. Cross-laminated timber is wood panels glued together at 90 degrees, creating strong and more environmentally friendly building materials.

Mann is ready for challenges and will be an asset to businesses in need of guidance, resources, and solutions.
