COURSE INFORMATION:
Often, facilities promote from within. However, the skills needed to be an excellent employee are not always the same skill set needed to be an excellent supervisor. The Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) National Network’s Leading in Manufacturing course will train you to utilize the key skills effective in managing, communicating, and motivating a workforce. This course has been designed specifically for supervisors in manufacturing environments.
This course is for people in supervisory roles and those who will soon be in those positions, intended to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage, supervise, and lead staff. The instructors of this course have years of experience leading teams in some of the top manufacturing organizations across the U.S. Come leverage their expertise by not only learning but also practicing the skills needed to have a highly effective and functioning team.
The course will dive deep into essential skills for supervising high performing teams
