Impact Washington Welcomes New Board Member: Mary Tedd Allen

Impact Washington is pleased to announce that Mary Tedd Allen has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Allen has significant senior management and executive leadership experience totaling more than 25 years in the Biotechnology and Semiconductor industry sectors, where she has been responsible for the research and operations functions.

“We are pleased to welcome Mary Tedd to our board of directors,” said Joe Heim, Impact Washington Chairman of the Board. “Mary Tedd brings diversity to our board, and her deep knowledge of operational innovation and excellence will be invaluable to Impact Washington. Her experience leading large teams across a range of disciplines in the Biotechnology and Semiconductor industry sectors will serve as tremendous assets to the company as we continue to drive impactful solutions throughout Washington State.

Mary Tedd’s board term began on April 24th after the quarterly meeting at the company headquarters in Bothell, Washington.

Impact Washington also announces that Dr. Barbara Rasco is leaving as a general board member to lead the University of Wyoming’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The Board thanks Dr. Rasco for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well for the future.
