It is a fast-paced, highly engaging business simulation game bringing to life the strategies, tactics, and organizational changes manufacturers must leverage to overcome business challenges and unleash profitable growth.

Your company's greatest competitive advantage is adapting to change faster than your competition. Ready Or Not strengthens your team's adaptability in three ways:

  • Raises business IQ: Employees gain experience and perspective by collaborating across business functions to deliver business results.
  • Build a strategic mindset: Employees who understand the internal and external factors critical to your company's success are more willing to embrace new strategies and implement changes critical to increasing profitability building.
  • Strengthens teamwork and connections: Ready or Not's "collaborate to complete" design promotes knowledge sharing, open communication, and relationship building.

As part of this grant-funded workshop, businesses gain access to the Impact WA growth cycle. Participants can take a no-cost business evaluation before or after the session, apply for the Small Manufacturers Growth grant (subject to limited funding), and become a part of the comprehensive support network designed to drive success.

Use discount code RONOFF to attend this workshop for $5 instead of $199 full price, compliments of funding provided by the Washington State Microenterprise Association (WSMA) thanks to a grant made by the Washington State Department of Commerce. The seats are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
