Nick joined Impact Washington in 2021, and his recent promotion highlights his significant impact on our business and clients. Nick has been recognized for his exceptional customer service and unwavering dedication to building strong relationships throughout his time at Impact Washington.

With a manufacturing background in operations, program management, sales, and customer service, Nick deeply understands manufacturers’ needs, enabling him to foster win/win relationships that maximize their return on investment. He believes in a proactive and collaborative approach, inspiring customers to engage and unlock their full potential.
As Director of Business Development, Nick assumes responsibility for overseeing all business development activities at Impact Washington. His primary focus will be capturing the voice of manufacturers, understanding their needs, and mentoring and coaching a solid and talented Regional Account Executive team to provide innovative resources, engagement strategies, and service offerings.
During this transition, Nick remains dedicated to serving our clients with the utmost care and professionalism they have come to expect. He will continue to provide unwavering support until a replacement for the Eastern Regional Account Executive position is found, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
