Ryan Zeng is currently the Founding Partner and Principal Consultant of Stream Consulting, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in Operational Excellence and Project Management. Before establishing his own firm, he worked for Carlisle Interconnect Technologies as a Global Director of Project Management and Continuous Improvement for more than 16 years. During his tenure with Carlisle, he served multiple roles in Project Management, Operations, and lean transformation in cross-culture locations in China, in Mexico, and in the United States.
Ryan has a solid background in Lean. His resume does not portray his desire for down and dirty Lean projects, but that is his favorite. He is a strong believer that Lean happens in the Gemba and not in the C-Suite office.
